Tina is an ex-police officer having served in three forces across England and Northern Ireland over her 30 -year career, working in intelligence and scene of crime investigations. Following her retirement from the Police she went on to support ongoing work for His Majesty`s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire Service.

She handles Search Dogs Ria and Rami.

Tina’s interest in Search Dogs developed when she was in the police, but it was only when she left the service was, she able to dedicate the time and energy needed to train and maintain their competence.

Tina qualified as a Highfield / NASDU land cadaver dog handler in 2023.

Louise is owner and principal engineer at a busy civil and structural engineering practice in North Yorkshire.

She handles Search Dog Kit and is training Neve. Louise has trained working dogs for more than 20 years, having trained a live victim air scenting dog and numerous sheep dogs. She holds a Level 5 certificate in canine nutrition and qualified as a Highfield / NASDU land cadaver dog handler in 2023.

Louise is call-out officer for Swaledale Mountain Rescue Team, having been involved with mountain rescue teams for more than 20 years.

Mick is an ex-police officer having served in two forces in England over his 30 -year career. He was involved in general policing, crime investigation and innumerable searches.

Mick achieved his science degree with the Open University and volunteers at the local rugby club coaching the Under 16 squad, many of whom find a selection route into the Ulster squad. He is a keen walker & gardener and is passionate about his family of Clumber Spaniels.

Micks experience in crime scene management, as well as dealing with the team logistics means that he is at the centre of all our training and operational work.

Alan is a qualified teacher, assessor and trainer and is a subject matter expert in search and technical rescue, having spent over 30 years working in this area.

He is the owner and principal of Rope Rescue Ltd delivering onsite training to government agencies, police, fire, military and civilian search & rescue teams as well as the United Nations.

Alan is a member of Swaledale Mountain & Cave Rescue Team, having served more than 35 years for Mountain and Cave Rescue.
